My entire experience trying to wreck with you. All this time was extremely poor and extremely upsetting! I spoke to three different people who were all very rude, including the girl at the shop when I went to pick up my U-Haul and then she called a gentleman because they had messed up the mileage allowance as she had it on speakerphone, and I heard him tell her that if I didn’t like it too bad, I could complain when I returned the U-Haul. If this is how you now treat your customers, I will not use U-Haul again. There are other companies that I can use! They also failed to put the pin in the trailer and luckily I didn’t lose my car because the trailer popped off the ball hitch.
