How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck has clearly been in a serious accident. The driver side door had a large gap between door and frame when closed. The truck drove fine, the a/c worked great and I had no problems driving, lifting the door or storing the items I had to move. I just couldn't figure out why there was a large whistling sound coming from the door.
Jeff RJason was so professional and helpful! I will definitely rent from there again!
Eugene LAfter having the worst experience at Ruiz Shoe Repair (U-Haul dealer location) I had the best and most efficient experience at Neighborhood Ship.
Michael AI picked up the truck after hours, and I could not locate the lockboxes with the keys. The signage was not great at the pickup location; and going through the app you are told to find the lockboxes but it’s not specific as to where they are at this location.
