When I rented, I specifically asked to return to U-Haul on Shortcut rd. In Pascagoula. That location closes at 7:00 on Saturday. U-Haul took it upon themselves to change it to the Market st. Location ; it closed at 1:00 and closed all day Sunday. However, customer service helped me return after hours.

Quick professional service.
ANNE PI reserved on the website that automatically sent us to the Shortcut Rd location. Spent 15 minutes going over the same info I had already completed online. Then discovered after spending another 5 minutes while the manager tried to find the 6 x 12 trailer that they didn't even have it! She was kind enough to find one at the location I preferred to begin with. The Storage Choice did a great job and were fast and efficient.
