The gentleman at the counter, Chris, was extremely helpful. Pick up and drop off was simple. The van was in good shape and easy to drive. I recommend this location!

Scott HWhen I made the booking, I chose a location a mile away from where I was moving because it was close by and it said the truck was available. Uhaul then changed the location to somewhere 10 miles away. So I had to pay for an extra 20 miles in gas because they changed the pick up location when in reality I would have used 2 miles. Also the check in process was not smooth due to issues on uhauls end which we were told by the customer service person we spoke to. Not a great experience and probably wouldn't use uhaul next time.
