I registered online, and when we got to the office, the information needed to be repeated in the system. The lady at the location was extremely nice, and we were not in a hurry, but if we had been, this would have been very frustrating. The location was great, a large, clean lot to hook up to the trailer. Highly recommend this location for U-Haul rentals.

ROBIN HWas supposed to be a 24 hour drop. Could not get in until 9am Monday morning. No answer or call back on Sunday when I tried to drop off.
