Make certain the equipment is clean BEFORE offering to hook it up to the customer's vehicle. The utility trailer I was getting had apparently been used for hauling trash because it was littered with trash and debris. We refused it, and they quickly cleaned (picked up the trash and swept it out) it, but it really needed to be scrubbed with soap and water. The people were super nice, friendly, and helpful, but I don't think they had bothered to look at that trailer. In spite of the condition of the trailer, I would still recommend this dealer.
