I dropped off after hours so didn't encounter anyone. I didn't know where to leave the trailer so just put it so just left it among the others. I tried calling the phone number for the location per Uhaul (601xxx2011) but could never connect. Is that even the right number?

The main problem I had was that I was charged for safe tow insurance without being asked. I have coverage for towing and trailering my motorcycle through Progressive, so this coverage was redundant and unnecessary. Next time, I will ensure that it isn't included.

CHARLES MThe guys in Pearl,MS. we're great. The U-HAUL computer system is terrible and wouldn't work for them. It had added items I didn't want and wouldn't let them change it. They had to reenter my reservation info and still it came up wrong. It took 50 minutes to complete the transaction. And still it was wrong.
