Apparently there was either an issue with the app or the process has changed significantly. We were unable to initiate pick up through the app and had to go inside. It ended up taking more time than usual and I was charged the safe trip fee even though I opted out when making the initial reservation.

Teresa WThe staff at this location were incredibly helpful and friendly! I had such a good experience I'm looking for a reason to rent a van again. The lady I worked with had the best customer service. I was nervous and unsure about what to do and she helped me through the entire process.
