Fast, friendly and courteous definitely one of my best experiences with Uhaul
LAKISHA R.I dropped off my keys to desk personnel who advised the truck would be turned in and I would receive an email receipt. It took 2 days to get a receipt. I felt this left me open to liability should anything have happened. I drove back to location and completed the check-in process online.
