Not a real location. In the ghetto, took forever to get me on the road. I had U-Haul packed quicker than it took me to get the U-Haul. Had it been a legit office I probably wouldn’t have had issues. Also tell me why I was charged an additional 20$ for drop off convenience when the store wasn’t open at 9:15 am when I needed to return the truck by. Overall ridiculous I will never use U-Haul again. I’ve moved 8 times and always was a U-Haul customer but never again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHad an area manager and a new employee help me out picking up this truck. Cannot say enough good things about both. Elbert and Chris were their names I believe. Walked me through everything and showed me exactly how to use the truck as well as how to connect and work the auto transport. Amazing service, truck was great. Truck performed better than the Penske I reserved 18 months ago for my last move. I will be using U-Haul again instead.
