Staff were quite helpful and accommodating. Site is a mechanic shop and at the end of a cul-du-sac which makes it easy to turn around but there isn’t any actual parking. Staff were well above average. The site wasn’t great.

PAUL CIt was after hours drop off so no clue but from what I remember they were fine last time I dropped off there.
AMADEUS HMy pick up location was only open 9am to 10am on Saturday. I had to drive 12 hours to get to my pick up location which is where I was picking up the items I needed to transport. I've never seen a location open for an hour on a weekend which is when people want to move and rent equipment. Very odd in a medium sized city.
