ROBERT PThe location is good as were the location staff. However your ‘app’ is a time wasting mess. If you need a contact verifier or passport, let us know at prior to arriving at the pickup location. People are busy and downloading your admin costs to your customers is annoying.

MARGARET SI originally had the drop off in Oliver but they were full so sent me to Penticton which is 42 KM out of my way and then I got charged for being over KM's on my contract. Drop off in Penticton was disorganized and I had to wait as UHaul is not their primary business. However once they got to me they handled everything very professionally
