smooth and simple to drop off. he did not know i was coming there and he had several trailers that i wanted rent earlier and was told they didnt have any. the location was fine; the booking was difficult: three location changes out of town and yet there were trailers in town. i recieved at least 12 texts for this rental and the links did not always work and many were repetative. the emails and the booking process was quite dis-connected. your software and communincation process is not customer freindly.
