THERON SThe truck was very clean, but there was something wrong with one of the tires. I was not able to go onto the highway, and therefore I had to take surface streets which created extra mileage that I had to pay for.
THOMAS DI was charged twice. I will be calling corporate tomorrow to get this resolved.
