It is absolutely absurd that you offer a mobile pick up, but I had to spend 35 minutes on with a U-Haul rep because Photos wouldn’t load it into your app. The truck was not clean inside. The driver side mirror would flop outward every time that I hit a bump.. And I asked for a 20 foot truck and was given a 26 foot truck. So my stuff shuffled about in the truck.

Great truck
DOUGLAS CRoger worked with us on the reservation to fit our time for pickup. Chuck, the owner, showed up as we were trying to navigate the app to pick up the truck. He walked us through it and helped us get our truck. He even extended our time without extra charge. We were very grateful but actually returned it early. Both men were extremely helpful and have great customer service skills. We will return to this location when we need another rental. 5 stars for this location!
