The address for pickup is not where the vehicles are located and there are no signs to get you there. I only found the truck when I had given up and was going to drive to another location and saw them at a gas station.

I completed my reservation on site the day prior to pickup and left with a sheet confirming. The day of pickup iI had to complete paperwork again. Spent twice the time. Why?

Bob CBooked a U-Haul from Bay St. louis a week out. The day before pick-up the pickup location was changed twice, and I ended up having to drive 30 minutes to pick it up. When I picked it up Jennifer has to input my order as a new order in the system; even though I had reserved online. In doing this we both acknowledged that I would be dropping it off in Bay St. Louis; not where I picked it up in Kiln. Yet, I was charged over $100 for returning the U-Haul to the wrong location. So, it's fine for U-Haul to change my reservation twice last minute, make me drive 30 minutes to pick it up, and they receive no penalty. Yet, when I drop off my U-Haul at a location, which I specified to the U-Haul agent I would be dropping it off at upon pickup, I'm charged over $100 as a penalty. Worst policy and customer service mindset ever.
