The bad of this place is that they dont open sunday and monday to drop off a rental you have to wait for them ti close the contract untill tuesday.also uhaul need to improve their computer sistem you guys is a little mess over app ti do reservations and drop offs

The return was so.ething that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I was provided with 4 drop off locations, all of which were either closed or non existent. Drove around for over an hour and had to make numerous calls in order to finally leave the truck in a safe location. Was very disappointed with the lack of coordination between haul locations.

HECTOR LI was charged more than once, I returned it at 5:45 pm the receipt says I returned it at 7:15 PM. I was told it was going to be around $65 ended up to be $87. They charged me $67 and then three days later charge me 20 more dollars.
