Just small, but people were friendly. My issue was with the reservation process. After reserving a vehicle size, I had to drive 80 miles to pick up the only one that was "close" to me.

Donald CWe were scheduled to pick up our rental in Columbia Mo, on Monday 10/20 at 7am. On Saturday afternoon 10/19 we were called and told the 26ft truck we reserved would not be available in Columbia and that we would have to drive to another location was a 50 minute drive from our home and that did not open until 8am. We had labor scheduled at 8am, because we had to be out of our house by noon, because the new owner was moving in at 1pm. The customer service rep found the truck we rented and could pick up on Saturday,, so we immediately went to pick up the truck, the round trip took over 3 hours. The rep didn’t charge us for the extra 2 days we had the truck and added 100 miles to our mileage. Loosening the time to deal with the and the time to drive to pick up the truck really affected our ability to get our packing done.
