Kenneth JOne thing you could improve on is ...If a customer reserves a trailer at a specific location what they rented should be at the location .U-Haul should be the one responsible for the item(product)to be at that location I reserved a Trailer at one place just to get a call half way there my trailer would be at a different place an extra hour+ added to my tripThank you
Steven HThe computer always takes forever to connect at this location. I blame that on UHaul not the man that was trying to check me in. He was very pleasant and helped me unhook the trailer.
