Door was broke. Had to climb over passenger seat to get in. Gas was on E when I got on. Truck was never cleaned out from the last renter. Concrete and dirt all over the back. Communication was poor at pick up and delivery.
Grace MI was charged $15.00 for safe move. I made sure not to have this, and declined it multiple times. In the paperwork and verbally, yet the charge appears. These are nefarious business practices and for that I would not recommend this location or Uhaul as a reliable company.

Ruth MPick up was difficult due to check in. Items that were purchased were not provided during move. UHaul was covered in snow & ice, broke off my ice scraper when trying to clean it off. Difficulty starting the truck up due to it not possibly being ran in a while.
