Check-in was good and prompt, but drop off was absolutely horrible. We had manually move equipment around to fit the truck to follow the guidelines of not blocking the driveway. There was no space left to park the 15 footer without us making the space ourselves. And beware that their U-Haul hours are 9 AM to 12:30 PM p.m. When trying to call them at 4:30 nobody picked up, even though the shop stays open at five, according to the business hours. So no assistance available if you have to drop off your equipment after hours. Do not recommend not convenient. Drop off location.

I’m not sure how to answer the above questions. This location is clearly someone’s private business now listed as a uhaul franchise. The owner called me asking why I had selected his location when this was the default I was given when I selected the town of Petaluma. He also told me to call the location in Sonoma to try and change my drop off location. I was told Sonoma does not take trailers so I called back to Walt who said “that’s BS they list trailers online.” I then dropped off after hours and there WAS NOT a pull through driveway as advertised. I had to back out onto the road with a trailer and luckily found a spot along a fence I felt was out of the way enough.

Erik GI've rented from Walt many times. He and his wife are super nice. They are always helpful, patient and polite. The equipment is always clean and organized and Walt and his wife know what they're doing. I have recommended this location to several people because Walt and his wife are genuinely good people.
