The truck was in a difficult area to move.
ANGEL BThe reservation and check-in process was quick and effective. The cab of the truck was clean and the box (storage compartment) appeared clean upon first inspection. However, when we entered the box to begin loading, I slid from the entrance into the back of the truck. And the other loader that helped slipped and fell upon entering the truck. Upon further inspection, we noticed that the back of the truck's floor was covered in some type of oil. Every step that we made had to be done extremely carefully to avoid falling again. And all of our boxes ended up being covered in this oily substance that coated the floor. This delayed our loading and unloading times because each step was slow and methodical to avoid causing any more physical damage to the team helping me.
