I was charged for something I didn’t get. When I called that location to explain the situation the person I spoke with was very rude and not helpful at all! I would NOT recommend this location to anyone!

JACOB KWe pulled in the lot to return it by 4:15pm. We were charged an extra day rental and insurance. We were there before the 4:30 pm she put in. We also left 3/4 tank of gas instead of the 3/8 to 1/2 tank because I filled it up so we wouldn’t be stopping for gas. I took a picture of the mileage in the lot and it is stamped 4:09 pm. NOT 4:30 pm.
BRIAN BBe prepared to be cancelled and rescheduled to another office or location. I was called three times and told there were no trailers available when I reserved one. Finally rented one at bullock and received it. As I pulled up, a u-haul agent from a regional office called me and said it was not available at bullock. I told her it was available because I was looking at it. She cancelled my reservation and rented it to another person. The lady at bullock called her and said that was not happening and gave me trailer I had reserved. Bullock site was great. I’m sure the other person was upset because he did not get what he was promised. Was a messed up process.
