I ordered a 15 foot U-haul. Showed up at 9AM to get going with my move and they said they donthave a 15 foot U-haul. Ended up having to take a 10 Ft which caused me to take multiple trips (extra miles, longer times, etc) instead of just one and U-hual is charging me for their mistake. Terrible customer service.

teesha tCustomer service was poor at the return location., They mix up my drop off from a one way to same location returning for trailer and one way for truck . That was not communicated with me at the time of pick up
