The self service check in when returning the vehicle was not easy. Options for using web or downloading were presented and I could not get the web to work, it wouldn't provide location or take photos. Eventually I had to download the uhaul app and after several attempts at permissions got it to work. If there is any thing you could do to make this process easier it would relieve customer frustration. Otherwise the rental was great and the customer service representative at the location was very helpful when reserving and picking up the rental. I will use this location when I have a rental need in the future.
