ken wI rented trailer for two days and returned trailer 23 hrs early. I discussed that I would probably be returning it after they closed on Saturday I was told no problem to just park it where I got it and they would check it in when they opened. I returned it 15 min after they closed and a day early. I was charged a$20 after hours fee which was never explained to me that I would incur. This is very deceptive to not point it out and just say it was in the contract especially when I mentioned it would be retracted hours Poor customer service in not disclosing valuable info. Will not rent again which is a shame because many family member use your service.
Dawn MMove uhaul desk closer to rental desk for handicapped renters. We may be handicapped but you don’t need to make it worse.
