Was told to use the UHaul 24/7 app which kept glitching out --- never received an estimated bill until Tues morning when I rented truck on Saturday morning. On the return, the app just was 'spinning' updating your records for over 5 hours - so I turned the key into a representative at cycle design (not the uhaul rep due to them not working on Saturday) the app still showed truck is out and active on Tues morning due to store being closed on Sunday & Monday. When I went to cycle design on Tuesday, they explained that they don't work on Sunday & Monday but I should have gotten the estimated bill when I checked out the truck -- then they were having issues with their 'internet' to print me the actual bill ---- between the app & the internet issue at the store - was a timely situation, waiting around wasting my time.
