Niki and Dave went above and beyond throughout my reservation. I had previously rented with another outlet who did not have my reservation secured. I found them through their reviews and they did not disappoint!! I became very sick on the day I had my truck and lost the keys requiring me to have the truck another day they communicated with me throughout the ENTIRE PROCESS, BEFORE AND AFTER PICKUP Niki helped alleviate stress from an already stressful, trying move!! Matthew LHands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Less than 24 hours before pickup, Uhaul called and said they did not have a trailer within 75 miles that I needed the next day. Nikki was on the phone with me throughout that day and well past business hours trying to find a solution. She went above and beyond to help me find a short-term solution, and then worked all weekend to find me the trailer that I needed. She and her father even allowed me to store my belongings at their small business because they care deeply about customer experience. On pickup, Nikki's father was incredibly helpful, provided water, and even offered to help with some of the labor involved. This family knows the meaning of customer service and takes pride in how their service reflects on their small business. If you are in the Phoenix area in need of Uhaul equipment, I would recommend going out of your way to work with Simons Auto.
