The man that checked me in was great. The truck itself worked great and was clean. The drop off process had some issues. The door was locked and I knocked and no one answered. It was 3 pm on a Friday. So I started the process of the mobile drop off and a few minutes later a lady walked out and I told her I was dropping off the truck. We went inside and she says you are way over your mileage. I said okay - the man that checked me out said just make up a number it doesn’t matter. I was confused - she made it seem like I did something wrong. She could have just stated - btw - we charge extra for miles above what was said when you check out and you are over so we will be charging you for the extra miles. Instead she just starts raising her voice at me while I’m explaining what the guy said. And finally she says - I just need to make sure you can pay. So I told her to put it on my card and then she continues to yell at me and says that I will never be able to rent at a U-Haul again. It was the oddest and rudest customer experience that I have ever dealt with. I would never rent from this Uhual again.

I truly would recommend the entire experience to anyone accept for the management here!!! I’m disgusted by their lack of empathy and understanding!!!! Complete crooks and over charge completely because they apparently can.

She questioned my parenting and financial status and put my son out of the establishment only.becausre he had questions about his card being authorized without his consent. She threatened to call the police and ban us from the store when all we were doing was simply trying to pay our balance.
KYLIS HReservation was Not for 24 hour drop-off service. Location was selected for having hours of operation during scheduled equipment return. Store was closed when advertised as open. Was overcharged for additional day because no one was available to complete check in
