The person I spoke with on the phone when I had questions about picking up the Uhaul and the missing dolly chose to cuss me out for not being pleased that I wasn’t informed the dolly was removed from my order. He said “You can bring the fucking truck back then.” When I first asked about taking pictures in the app when I picked it up, he kept cutting me off when I was asking something saying “Are you gonna let me finish?” I would not recommend this place to anyone. The worst customer service I’ve ever been a part of.

erik vPick up was a horrible experience. No one was there to help. To hook up the trailer you had to backup over a parking barrier and then run over that barrier again with the trailer. The pick up location looks like a crack house and in a bad neighborhood.
Michael JThe place appeared to be ran by one individual who was not present during published business hours, and was notably upset when he answered the posted phone number. Didn't seem to understand that the return date on a rental is the latest return date, and not the only return date. Overall poor experience.
