Didn’t understand the online pickup location. Once we got that figured out, everything was fine.

There was nobody at the station and the app was very slow. It took us 1 hour to drop off the truck
Victor oI was trying to pick up the Truck and no one was at the location. I did call u-haul and they were more than helpful. I even had trouble returning it but that was kinda my fault. Again the customer service was very helpful. Makes me want to rent from them next time I’m in need!
Christopher HThey weren’t available at the counter when they advertised they were open! I had to call a number to get ahold of someone and it took 20 minutes to get my truck ! The place is dirty a the trucks are parked in rocks and dirt ! They are scammers !
Gregory GThe truck was not clean inside at all when I got in it. When I returned it I literally did everything like I have always done when renting from uhaul. I filled the gas back to where the needle was when I rented the vehicle. Had the truck about an hour, only went 16 miles. Then they want to charge me an outrageous amount and saying I didnt put the gas gage back where it was and thats completely ludacris! Ive rented from uhaul many times in the past and have never had this issue because I always put the gas back into where the needle was! If this situation isnt resolved I will never rent from uhaul again! Im beyond frustrated with this issue! There's wasnt even anyone at this location to drop the truck back off. I wasnt aware I was supposed to take pics of the odometer either at the end so I had returned the keys in the drop box and when I scanned the qr code thats when I found out I needed to take pics of the odometer. I called up the person who I made the reservations with amd told him and he said its not a big deal, its mainly for my protection. If I had known I needed to take a pic of the dash showing the miles and gas I would have before I dropped the keys in the drop box to avoid this!!!
