SARAH TMy reservation was changed to pick up the U-Haul was changed to a location on the other side of town. Received multiple phone calls asking me to take a trailer with me to Phoenix. I’m not attaching an empty trailer to a 26 foot U-Haul. Lastly, received another phone call telling me I need to drop off the truck to a different location. Again, clear on the other side of town. Fix your system and stop harassing paying customers. Otherwise, offer some kind of compensation for the trouble.
