We had a remarkable experience renting this UHaul truck from Auto Spa in Phoenix. I was handling the rental remotely. Nicky from Auto Spa was responsive and very helpful. Consumers don't get this type of outstanding service often anymore. She is a gem! There were no issues. We will be back when we need to rent another U-Haul vehicle.

Victor WThis location told me I would get charged one amount and then she ended up charging me MORE and said it was an accident amd that I would get a refund but I NEVER got it until I disputed the 5 transactions with my bank since no one was helping. I will never rent from this place again! Not after the BS nicky put me through! Find another place unless you have spare money to just blow. There were 5 different transactions from haul and I even showed nicky the charges and they never fell off they went through so I don't know what kind of scam this place has got going on but I would NOT rent from here. If you can find somewhere else, DO IT!! Unfortunately it was Easter Sunday and I HAD to move or I would have went to a REAL UHAUL DEALER. Where they don't screw you over and over charge you without you knowing.
