Colleen CI had an excellent experience renting from this U-Haul location. The entire process was easy and accommodating from start to finish. The person who helped me make the reservation was friendly and helpful, and the another staff member who assisted with the vehicle pickup thoroughly explained everything and walked me through the process with great communication and professionalism. The gentlemen working there were all extremely helpful, especially the employee who assisted us at the end of the day. He clearly explained the drop-off procedure and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. I've rented from several U-Haul locations before, and customer service can vary, but the customer service here was outstanding it required a review. The location is convenient, the staff is knowledgeable, and everyone went above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend this location to family, friends, and coworkers. Thank you for making the experience so smooth and stress-free for my same day move out/move in.
