It’s a recycling center, so it may not be clean, and they don’t have great Internet, but they are very helpful and kind!

PATRICIA JAbs light was on tires were bald and the fuel was at a 1/4 tank and they said it was 7/8. The trailer also didn’t have functional turn signals or break lights and there was trash left in it from previous use. And the brake system service came on. Not very well serviced equipment. I won’t recommend this location or for that matter U-Haul services to anyone. I don’t appreciate the service I received as well as the last minute change of pickup location the day prior to pickup. I had to go an hour out of my way. And this piedmont location. Didn’t even realize my reservation was with them. After the location was changed to them I’ll recommend penskie or another service to someone. Never U-Haul again. I wouldn’t. And being a US Army combat veteran being called a liar by your regional manager isn’t acceptable business.
