I was initially supposed to pick up at 6315 Reistertown. When I got there they said they have no trucks, and no record of my order. I had to call the 1-800 for Uhaul and was told that my location changed and that I should have gotten an email and text confirmation of such, which I did not. It was annoying, but ended up working out.
