Garrett is awesome. Great job as usual. Additionally, the local U-Haul reps at all three locations I used were fantastic. I will say the corporate-level people let me down. I was suppose to rent both my trailer and 26' truck in Papillion. I only found out the trailer was not available in the greater Omaha area and I had to pick it up in Lincoln was not good. There was much wasted time and effort as the trailer was not available from where I reserved it.
