Waited at least 30 minute before I was able to actually get this shift made me late for work. The lady had to call some one to even get it rented. During this standing time she never spoke to us or offered us a seat. It was very awkward.
Amy WWhen I arrived at this location the person I was supposed to get my deposit from wasn't present and I had to drive to another parking station off site and give my keys to a clerk at a tanning bed salon who didn't even know the contact number of your representative. I now have to contact him and drive back to his business for my deposit.
ROBERT SThey did not have the equipment I reserved, and never did have. I drove 160 miles for equipment that did not exist. I drove and additional 80 miles to get the right equipment (17.50 in gas). I loss 3 hrs and made for a very long day. I'll think twice before I use uhaul again. I don't need the hassle. PS I also missed a meeting due to being extremly late.
Walter DVery hard to find this location and I spent 3 hours looking for it in darkness and rain. Address given to me by uhaul was also wrong...
