The person who gave us the truck was an excellent, very professional person with great customer service. However, the person who received the truck was very unprofessional and provided poor customer service. She said, "Leave the truck there and have a nice day." I asked her if she was going to check the gas level, and she said, "I told you to have a nice day, you can leave now!" And they charged me for a full tank, but it was two quarts short when they gave it to me, as the receipt shows. That's poor customer service.
