Cup holders were dirty. Truck was left unlocked. Truck sounded like it was about to break down and was concerned if I was even gonna make it 5 mins down the road. It's been years since I drove a U-Haul truck so now sure if that's how it's suppose to sound. The whole process of using your mobile devise took forever to do and would never do that again. The location was close and the scheduling process was easy. The truck was there and ready for me it just wasn't a grab your truck and go type thing I'm standing in a parking lot for 15 mins doing the mobile app and doing all the steps.
