Kathleen RDouble charge for drop off 3 hrs late of 24hr period on a day they're not even on site and business closed? I can see the 20$ fee but Double for insurance and all is excessive when this situation arises. Ridiculous. Thanks
JOHN PI was charged for fuel i had replaced. Thankfully i took photos of gages before & after & had fuel receipts to submit to prove i was over charged. The overall experience was good. It never feels good to be overcharged and then have to babysit the situation before it is made right.
JENNIFER EI did not drop the truck off personally. The person driving for me did. Did and after hours drop off so I can’t speak to the personnel but due to the overall experience I am saying no and poor.
