The person i picked the truck up from was the same person I returned the truck to. The people in front of me were having some issues The attendant asked if I was okay with getting my receipt via email so I wouldn't have to wait. I said I was and informed him that I used less miles than anticipated. He said he would adjust the bill. I was in and out in less than five minutes. He emailed me my final bill adjusted for the unused miles. Very friendly, helpful and honest.

FRANCIS ISteve made this a great experience. I needed a truck at 1am and arrived at 2am. I couldn’t pick up the truck on my phone and called him. To my surprise he answered and helped me and did it manually. Thank God for him. A life saver. !!!
