They went against my reservation settings and added an insurance fee when I specifically selected against it in reserving. Under the impression of picking up my reservation at arrival I was rushed into signing a changed contract.

When I went to return the truck, the location was closed. There was no signage indicating where I should leave the truck—only the key drop box. I wasn't sure if I was allowed to leave it on the street! I tried to contact U-Haul in several ways, but I couldn't get through!
