UHaul equipment was in good shape and performed as expected. The location that the equipment was closed due to remodel however, the Uhaul rep met me there to help me connect the car carrier/dolly and sign the paperwork. Bobby was excellent and appreciate his help. I would go to another location in the future with a staff there. If I would have known when I scheduled/reserved, I would have changed location. Thank you UHaul for a good experience. Equipment was returned that day 11/22 and Bobby closed me out after text message and photo of return.

The guys working and the owner where yelling and cussing at each other it looks like they were shutting down

Laurie jThey were suppose to be open until 7:00pm and I got there at 4:45 and they were closed. I had to take numerous pics of the truck and had to take several times before dropping key in drop box. Not real happy with that situation.
