U-Haul customer service was great when I had an issue uploading photos of my rental. The truck was fairly clean. No complaints other than truck availability at my pick up/drop off location.

I brought the truck back with slightly more gas then when I got it and still was charged for a fuel price. This is not a good way of keeping a returning customer. I do have pictures.

DARCY MI had to clean off the snow myself. You would think that they would have a brush in the truck or something. But nothing like that in the truck. I think better customer service on the little things makes a difference. Other than that I was pretty happy with everything else. And would rent again.
