They way overcharged me for the truck and the lady waiting on me would even show me where the trolleys and blankets were like she did the last customer. She just wanted to move on to the next people. It wasn’t busy, I just thought she had attitude. So I had to come back in to ask someone to show me where the supplies were. Then they charged me over $100 what the estimate but I did under the miles I said. Not happy with their customer seevice
TOBY RWe were charged over $800 more than we were supposed to. The employee didn’t see the note in the ESL system that the rate was $1377 (reservation made in April). A dispute has been filed to receive a refund for the over charge.
