The location was not the issue it for the most part, the only thing was the rental van had a taillight out which we replaced ourselves so we wouldn't get pulled over. The issue was when I called to extend our rental the location said that we needed to call the main Uhaul line. When I did so they said that we couldn't extend in the van we had because someone else had it but they had another van we could rent. This was a bit strange but we said OK. This Uhaul facility is an hour away from us, so we drove an hour to this location, only to be told we could just keep the same van. This was extremely disappointing as we took two hours plus out of our day, had to pay for extra mileage on the van and extra money in gas. When I called the district manager, Tony Armstrong, he apologized for the inconvenience and offered us a $50 "VIP Credit" and said to let the location know when we drop off the van and they will apply the credit. Well, when we dropped it off the location said that they couldn't find anything about a credit and said we would have to call the corporate line to see if they can refund us. I am beyond frustrated at this experience and I would like my $50 credit and more compensation for these issues. Please contact me at 518-524-7956 to discuss these issues.

JASON SWe rent box trucks from this location a few time a year. They are always helpful and courteous each time. They have better hours then most other locations which is great for us.
