Would have been helpful to have assistance to lift off trailer from ball. Trailer had no jack so it was up to me to lift it on and off my truck.

He was grumpy and rude. Complained that the trailer was not hitched up correctly. I didn't hitch it up Canton did! I would definitely choose a different drop off point in the future.

Allen RI called to find out what time they close, i was told 4 . Was told he would b there to Help me get trailer off truck, 12 ft box . Drove 45 minutes. To Location when I got there went to the door. It was locked. Nowhere anyone would be found called numerous times no answer. . Called customer service said there was nothing they could do. I could drive to another location. My time is very valuable. I was on my way home which is four hours. Waited 45 minutes. Still no show. I tried to get the trailer off of the ball hitch couldn't get it off. Ended up. Try getting my jack out of my car to lift the trailer of truck I'm 70 years old . I shouldn't have to do that after spending all this money I feel I should get some kind of a refund very disappointed.
