The gentleman managing the facility was super easy-going and friendly. It was so easy to drop the trailer and check it in. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Privacy RI was an emergency situation and needing a trailer last minute to replace mine that had structural failure. (Spring bracket broke) They were able to get me set up with a reservation and a pick-up time within 15 minutes of my call. The trailer was prepped and ready to go and the paperwork only took minutes. This enabled me to transport band equipment to a venue for a performance the same afternoon. A miraculous save!
Kevin CDick, the proprietor of Drew Automotive, was amazing. He remained open well after business-open hours to help me out when I discovered I needed a 26’ truck. He helped me secure a truck, made sure it was clean, checked all fluid levels, and explained all aspects of truck functioning to me. He was truly extraordinary and dedicated.
