Find a new location. The owner/operator was overwhelmed and i was supposed to pick up at 1030 am. I did all pre check in routine before even going to the location, so all I had to do was sign and get the key. I showed up to pick up my vehicle at 1015, By the time I left the location it was 11:15. And I was already checked in via the mobile app, as I know this expedited the process because I am a regular user of U-Haul services. Even though I was checked in on the app the owner had to go through all of the regular check in questions even though I had already answered them all in app, like how long I was renting and how any miles, etc. I never experienced this before at any other location when pre order my uhaul
