How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent service by both the UHaul representative in Plattsburgh and Schenectady!!! The rep in Schenectady was great - It was like he was waiting for me when I arrived 1 day early! Thank you UHaul!!!
JOHN MAdopt a better reservation process. I reserved this trailer 3 weeks ago to be picked up in barre, vt. The day before I was to pick up the trailer I was told I had to go to plattsburg , ny to get the trailer . This is totally unacceptable. But we were in a pinch and needed the trailer
BRYAN CThe owner was very short with me. I tried to explain that id already had a very long day trying to find this trailer. I was redirected 75 miles to his location from the location that was supposed to have the trailer. Then this guy proceeded to cut me off and be very rude.
Benjamin WDick was friendly & professional. Went out of his way to make sure all was correct. Explained many options to get right trailer. Price was very reasonable ! Definitely use U-Haul again.
