I was an emergency situation and needing a trailer last minute to replace mine that had structural failure. (Spring bracket broke) They were able to get me set up with a reservation and a pick-up time within 15 minutes of my call. The trailer was prepped and ready to go and the paperwork only took minutes. This enabled me to transport band equipment to a venue for a performance the same afternoon. A miraculous save!

Mary RWe ended up getting the U-Haul from here and we thought everything would be fine until the trailer we got with the U-Haul had no freakin lisince plate on it! The guy put a cardboard one on it and we ended up getting pulled over by like 6 cops cause they thought the trailer was stolen then they proceeded thinking we had drugs and ruined a bunch of my stuff if the guy would have gave us a actual license plate and not tell use we be fine with the cardboard one he made non of that would’ve happened!
