I returned my U-Haul at Drew Automotive and the drop-off process was easy and quick. I simply left the truck and did not need to interact with anyone, which made the return smooth. Unfortunately, my experience during the pickup was very unpleasant. The person I dealt with was extremely rude and unhelpful, which made the start of the rental frustrating.

Even though I completed my reservation online with a U-Haul representative in advance, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive the truck. I arrived at 10:00 AM and was the only customer in the building. During that time, the employee kept talking about his personal life instead of completing the reservation. At one point, he even left the building without saying anything while he was still serving me, went outside to move a truck, and started sweeping it near the entrance while I was still waiting inside. I eventually had to go outside and ask him to come back in order to finish my reservation. Because of this delay, I was late for my scheduled shipment and had to book a hotel and finish the job the following day, which created additional costs and inconvenience. To make matters worse, the employee was using the F-word repeatedly while speaking, which was very unprofessional. This experience was extremely frustrating and not what I expected from U-Haul.
