SHAHBAZ Jthe trailer was rented to me with a really worn tire. By the end of the rental metal cords were visible all the way around the tire. It was downright dangerous for them to rent me this trailer, and I'm shocked I didn't have a tire blowout during the rental period. I was very lucky.
BRAD WTrailer I reserved at first location was not there. I had to drive across town to pick this trailer up. Computer would not process my payment and had to cancel reservation and reserve again. Time time time when I was ina hurry. Could not use a customer credit uhaul gave me a while back. Trailer was very old with a lot of preexisting damage. Very unhappy with the whole process. People at the pick up location were very professional and seemed like great guys.
