Had a tire blow out so I called the roadside number and was told 3 or 4 hours to get there. I decided to put my spare tire on and get home, the next day I brought it in to drop it off and the guy running the pleasant grove office was super rude and made me take the trailer home and call the roadside service to get the tire swapped out. I've been in customer service for 20+ years and these guys really need to learn some manners and respect. I will never rent from them again

I can't express enough how terrific everyone was. Nick Goodman was ridiculously phenomenal during the checkout process, along with Vera. Ashley was awesome and super helpful adjusting the truck mirrors before I left. Bree was incredible when I returned the truck. I have never had such a positive experience with a U-Haul reservation, and I've had some good ones before. Truly, thank you!!!

DOUGLAS GInside the back of the truck had rice on the floor and on the ramp which made it a little dangerous pulling a dolly up it.
DOUGLAS GStaff were incredibly condescending and unhelpful. The entire pickup experience was atrocious.
