MATTHEW AI rented to van for 8AM, I picked it up at 8:30 and the truck was not ready. It took 30 minutes to validate my photo, check with my husband as my emergency contact and FINALLY I got the key. I have rented through U-Haul over 5 times in the last several years. Why that validation? When I got in the truck, it was filthy dirty and sticky. Yuck! When I texted to shop (Autopilot Pleasant Grove) they responded by texting me "You should have showed up on time!" They were so rude and unwilling to help me. I will make sure, I tell my friends and family NOT to rent from this business. I also asked for 10 moving blankets and I did not get those. They were missing. This would have been very helpful. I had to use my own bathroom towels. What a horrible experience!!
