Great Customer Service
TONI WI returned the trailer on Saturday and one young lady was at the office. No one helped me disconnect the trailer. I managed but it would have been great to have an experienced person help.
VINCENT MI happened to pick up the trailer from uhaul in the rain. It was parked in a grassy area. I hooked it up and spotted by the office so she could take a picture of it. I went to the store on the otherside of town. When u got out of my truck i noticed both trailer tires were bald with cords showing through. I called uhaul back to ask to exchange it for a different one but was told they only had bigger trailer that was not made for amotorcycle. Her next respite was they will have someone look at it on Monday. I returned it shortly after and found different accommodations so I wouldn't have to risk moving my bike.
