I should not have had to go to the location if uhaul had kept there promise to have my equipment at the correct location.

AMBER EThe lady was rude, did not know any answers to any of my questions. gave us a uhaul with half a tank of gas, and no dolly for us to use. and all she kept saying is we are not a uhaul we are just a supplier. there was a huge dent and when we tried to tell her same response we are just a supplier, and when we needed help with the app so we could report everything she couldnt help us and said the same thing. never again will i go there.. also didnt have any of the equipment we ordered so they had to change us all around. we had to go to 2 diffrent locations to get what we ordered and still got charged for extra miles we did not cause and charged me for the wrong trailer that cost more.
