I rented a uhaul and an appliance dolly. They did not have a dolly at the location i reserved it at. I was told I would have to go to another location to pick one up. The truck was completely empty when I picked it up, yet I was charged for 12 furniture pads. I never received said furniture pads. Had to drive all the way across town and back in the uhaul, but was charged for that mileage for retrieving the dolly that they were supposed to have reserved for me. Then had to return the truck to one location and the dolly to another location. The whole thing was very frustrating.

I didn’t realize I needed to check in the trailer online until a couple hours after I dropped it off so I think I was charged extra even though I dropped it off on time.
