They didn’t have a knowledgeable associate there when I was supposed to pick up the truck. They were very friendly though!!

I reserved 4 weeks in advance to pick up in Rexburg Idaho. I was notified two days before my rental that uhaul had sold all the trucks available in the area. Failing to hold my reserved equipment and to move the reserved equipment to a reasonable location. I was forced to pick up my truck 73 miles south in Pocatello. They tried to charge me full price and then only took 100 dollars off the total price. Only marginally more then I paid for the gas to drive the truck back to Rexburg.
