Should allow one day rental. I was charged 2 days, only needed and only used one day. Actually only about 4 or 5 hours use of trailer. So I'm not happy about being charged for two days!

I was called the afternoon before the morning I was moving my family that the pickup location down the street moved to a different city. I had to rework my commute back to my family to pickup the rental at Ridleys. I was told by the rep that the store was opened until 11pm. When I arrived at 945pm, I was heckled by the night manager about how uhaul was closed at the store and that I could not pickup the truck. He gave in and helped me out while saying how inconvenient this was to his Incoming freight along with how frustrated he was throughout the whole interaction. My plans were changed because my rental was changed and now I'm being pushed around for a service that I am paying for and was altered not by hand.

Have someone available in customer service who is knowledgeable and not have to wait 20 minutes for someone to even arrive in customer service. I completed the contactless procedures on the app and had to go into the store to get the key. Waited a long while, as they paged someone to customer service twice. Then he wasn't aware that I needed to pick up the keys. Told me the truck was already rented out to me. The truck did not have a dolly in it, so I had to go back and ask him to get me a dolly. It was a little frustrating.

The lady that helped us was not sure how to install the trailer. She didn't review the charges with me and I am pretty sure I was overcharged. I can't figure out exactly what I paid for. She was very confused and seemed rushed or untrained.

Application and online website never correlate always having problems with renting trucks

We ask the U-haul in Blackfoot Idaho to hold a trailer and they said they could but didn't then we drove a half an hour to Pocatello Idaho to get a new one we reserved over the phone and the trailer was not there so we had to buy a completely new trailer that barley worked. The people on the phone at U-Haul were very rude and short. Except for one out of the five times I called.

When I walked in the cashier was bagging groceries which is fine. But then they started walking towards me and stopped to help another customer who had walked up after me. Then the cashier finally came to wear I was waiting and had me step aside to help another customer that came in well after me

I keep getting confirmation emails from all over the country that I haven't put my name on. No matter what I do to contact to get information on what is going on nothing happens. I'd rather pay more money for another moving service.

there was no contract given or not paper work wrote up for customer to have with them. returned on time came in to see about the bill and they said there was no charge and my account was charge I wanted to pay cash. I was told no paper show charging . this sucks. I will not come to this location again.

This location was extremely difficult to locate. Then the person at this location did not have all the extra equipment I had ordered.

The customer service representative could not get ahold of any other uhaul store location. The phones kept ringing and ringing with no answer from at least 2 different locations. I ended up renting a truck that I did not want, but had to get because that was all that was available. I tried to reserve a 10ft truck on-line but it would not go through. So, there was not a 10ft. truck available and I had to rent a pickup truck instead. This was a waste of money and time. I had to make several small trips to get my moving done, instead of one large trip. The rental for the pickup truck said $19.95 plus mileage. I ended up paying over $100.00 I felt like this was ridiculous amount to pay, but what choice did I have when it was a last minute option.
