You guys absolutely robbed and scammed me. You had me drive all the way across Pocatello to pick up a trailer to bring it back to Cache Valley because you guys rented it to a different customer and then you did not give me the $50 you promised, you did not give me a hundred driving miles for free, and I was charged for every bit of time I had the vehicle I was not given a day for free. I'm going to go on Google and pilot and all of the major review sites and leave appropriate negative reviews about this corporation scamming poor people getting us to do your freaking work for free promising us that you would reimburse us for a little bit of what we gave you for cash and then you rob us. It's so pathetic that you guys Rob from the poor to get your work done and have a trailer transported to another state and then rob me. They should have known better than to trust a fraud facade cardboard box corporation in the clown club.

The people at the drop off location couldn't even find me in the system to let me drop off the trailer the day I arrived. I had to go back home with the equipment and sit on it for another night until a manager came in the next morning.

Roger ANot complain about a little bit of mud and the cleaning charge is bullshit. You can rent a car with less hassle. Also it shouldn't take 35 mins to check in a vehicle
Christopher SWhen I made my initial reservation it was for a 26 ft truck, and a car trailer. I made my reservation well in advance. Less than 24 hours before pickup I was called and told that the truck was available in Idaho Falls as reserved, but the trailer was in Pocatello...70 miles away. This was not ideal, but no solution was offered. The next day, as I was driving through Pocatello I called the reservation center and asked if I could pick up the truck and the trailer in Pocatello. The agent said I could do that, but they were in different locations. I did. It took me a couple of hours to complete the process then, I had to drive to my home in Ririe Idaho. This was not a convenient process, and cost me additional time and money. I will think carefully before I rent from U-Haul again.
