I already refuel ,why extra fuel charge bill?

JOSEPH LI had a reservation and arrived on time, but the trailer was blocked by a fuel tanker truck and I had to wait 40 minutes. They have a big parking lot and could have located the trailer elsewhere before I arrived. I returned on time and asked for a receipt, and was told it would be sent by email in 30 to 60 minutes. After 10 minutes of arguing that I wasn't going to leave without a receipt for return, Adriana (the cashier) came outside and asked if I needed help. I asked her for a receipt, and she said no problem. We went inside and she took care of everything, very pleasant to work with. Overall, this was not the typical Uhaul experience.
