The truck was very old and very noisy, I could not hold a conversation while driving, the truck had over 144K miles and it showed when trying to climb a hill, it felt like it was not going to make it, when putting in the gas that was used for the trip, it came to an average of 7 miles a gallon for the 15 foot truck. I did not use the dolly when I left with the uhaul and I mentioned that when I returned but was still charged, and got a flat that delayed my move for almost 3 hrs. Although the employee took several hrs his customer service when he arrived was good. Disappointed of the service I got and especially being charged for the dolly I never usedManuel Z.

Well first off my 26ft. Was not in service because someone stole the catalytic converter over night. So I had to use the 20ft. So I had to make an additional trip back and forth. So I was charged more for miles. I would think they would reimburse me for that. So very dissatisfied.RUDY M.

The gas meter ... There is 4 quarters on the truck but on the paper form is like 16 spaces and difficult to measure... I filled to times to get the right mark.Adrian M.

Everything went well until the closing transaction. The agent went out to inspect the truck and just used the card on file to process without asking what form of payment were would like to use. I wish they should check with the customer before they run the charge. Now i have to explain to the Refi company why i have a visa charge. Very lazy work on your agents part.DAVID R.

They over charged me $65 for gas and was very rude when i whent to correct it. He lied about how much gas was in the truck upon pick up and return and said there was nothing he could do about it. Until i started trying to co tact corporate with the complaint. He finally said that it was a mistake due to gas bei g sifund from the trucks and corrected the error.Lydia L.

The clerk who handled both check out and check in was incredible! Quick and easy and she helped with bringing the supplies out and ensuring everything was good before leaving. I have been to other U-Haul rentals and their service is incredibly slow and very little interest in the customer. She also was managing the fuel and minimart at the same time. The process of renting a unit as a walk-in is very slow and time-consuming. I now know to reserve on-line instead of just walking in. Also, I was billed for 2 days of use when I only had the vehicle for 7 hours. I called Customer Service and they are taking care of it for me. But with everything going on, I didn't need something else on my plate to have to deal with.Eddie S.

Sorry to say this but my experience with this location not a pleasant and I believe that in my opinion the way to do rentals in a location that runs another business and is poorly train, a not enough people to run two type of business is not conducive to take proper care of customers.Also I tried to use the phone service and I all heard if I was interested in buying auto insurance, i just wanted some information it was so annoying that I decided to drive to the location, to mu surprise they do not issue the rental with a full tank of gas only with 3/8 of tank of gas so I returned with I believed it was the proper amount of gas to my surprise the attendant said no that I needed some extra more to not argue I did more gas and still she said no that I needed more which I did. Question why do not you issue the truck with a full tank just like the others rental companies do, I have rented some many trucks in the past and that is standard procedure. I sure won't rent a truck for Uhaul in the futureMario G.
Not so much the location. But the online check in service is horrible. I will never rent at Uhaul through the phone online method. Showed up to the 1st location. It was closed, and there were no instructions on how to get the key to the truck...this caused me to call Uhaul to change to another location. This location, so not have much supplies. Overall horrible experience. Would not rent again.Rick B.

They would not honor employee discount told my mother that she would have to go to a center to use it because they can't do it refused to call there afm to figure out how to apply the discount rental was all wrong causing return to be messed up worst experience with a uhaul dealer ever.TYLER M.

Train store personnel. I tried renting Sunday night and left after being there over an hour and the guy not knowing how to Correct an error. I was there again today 1 1/2 hrs. Vehc had no gas, they were unable to locate the keys and prior renter's mileage had to be fixed. I will definitely be using another service next time.Cynthia B.

When you rent out a 17 foot truck it would be nice if the box would actually be long enough to hold 16 foot lumber without sticking out one foot. I think you guys owe me for the time I spent worrying about getting a ticket for driving with the backdoor open and my load hanging out of the back. The paperwork said 17 feet, but the truck was only 15.JOHN V.

Truck was not clean when I received it, it smelled like cigarette smoke and the truck was in need of major service. Transmission was not shifting. Overall bad experience.blake S.
I was very angry and upset about this return experience. I returned the Uhaul an hour early. I had gassed the truck up to the level and waited inside for my receipt. The attendant, Lisa Mosqueda was the only cashier working at this time, as as people began to form in the line, she assisted those people while I tried to wait patiently. She then informs me that the gas level was under 3/4 level as she continued to assist other customers. I informed her it was where it was when I picked it up and had a gas receipt and pictures. She then tells me I can go check myself (as a stall tactic), while she continued to assist others. I admit I lost it and did curse, and she of course accused me of yelling, which infuriated me even more! She then went back out to check it and gave me a receipt! This DROP OFF experience was the WORST I've ever had, and I am a loyal Uhaul customer. I did call the pickup locale to complain!Tisha C.

I reserved a 17ft truck 4 weeks prior. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my pick up time, but they rented it out. I was asked to take a 15ft and I was told I would be comp'd $10/day for the inconvenience. When I returned, I was told that I would not get the credit. I am very disappointed. If you can please credit, I would appreciate it.Ruben C.
It took over 30 minutes for the guy (David) working the desk to figure out how to work the computer to get me the uhaul I reserved. This usually takes no more than 5 minutes. Not to mention, I get the truck to my house and the inside is filled with leaves and dirt. I usually have an excellent expirence renting uhaul but this time was horrible.John S.
