I didn’t get my uhaul on time i checked in but the key was no where to be found. Had to call customer service so they could call the owner..
Cassandra BThis location could not return cash deposit and informed me that UHaul does not have a blanket policy regarding cash rentals. I was unable to get my cash deposit and have to wait 3 weeks or more for a check from the corporate office. I feel like this company takes advantage of seniors and I will advise everyone I know not to use UHaul to rent equipment.
